As a John L. Scott broker, my mission is transactional excellence and client satisfaction. That means I work tirelessly to make your home buying or selling process as efficient, stress-free and lucrative for you as possible.

Meet Michelle

Michelle Macris prioritizes her clients over everything when she’s working through a transaction. Michelle strongly believes that accessibility and communication is key to good service and representation; she makes herself available seven days a week and answers her phone up until 10 p.m. every evening.

Michelle has been in the industry since 2001 and absolutely loves real estate because it marries her love of sales and working with people. She also enjoys helping her clients with one of the biggest decisions of their life, hopefully making them “clients for life”! Clients are the focal point of her business and every year she hand delivers valentines and throws an annual client party to show her appreciation.

She is based in the John L. Scott Everett office and primarily works with clients who are interested in residential or resale around Silver Firs and Gold Creek, Snohomish County and Bothell. She embraces several marketing strategies to keep her listings front of mind, but is especially proud of the professional photography she has done for her listings.

In her free time, Michelle loves coaching basketball, playing softball and watching her daughters play sports. Her favorite place to hang out is at her cabin in eastern Washington on the Columbia River where she and her family can boat and relax.

Everett

Everett was once a lumber town, and it is maybe best known as the place where Boeing builds some of its most popular airplanes, but the city is so much more than that. We’re also home to some of the prettiest views of Puget Sound and some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. Everett’s economy is strong. In addition to Boeing—fun fact: the airplane assembly facility is the largest building in the world by volume—we’re also home to Naval Station Everett, the west coasts’ largest marina, and the Xfinity events center, a conference and convention center that hosts events that used to be held at Key Arena in Seattle. But everett’s cultural scene is healthy as well. Our theaters and performing arts centers thrive, and our downtown library is a beacon to book lovers from throughout the community. If outdoor recreation is more your speed, our parks and marinas provide opportunities for boating, hiking, birdwatching, and walking through splendid gardens and arboretums. Education is important to Everett residents. Our schools boasts a 94% graduation rate. And we have several higher learning opportunities through community colleges and satellite campuses for both Washington State University and Western Washington University. Homes in Everett range from midcentury and classics to new construction. Many homes have a view of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains. If you’d like to learn more about Everett, let us know. We’d love to show you around and help you find your perfect home.

Reviews

“Michelle was fantastic from the beginning, through the bumps of purchasing a home, through to the end. We interviewed her before we agreed to work with her and she gave us a fair, honest, and accurate idea of how she works in the beginning. She wasn't annoyingly persistent like so many other realtors were, but she let us follow-up with her on our own time. She was HIGHLY knowledgeable in the market of the area we were shopping. She gave us a clear idea about the timeline of purchasing a home, and what to expect. We hit a number of bumps along the way and she remained positive AND realistic. She skillfully negotiated our purchase and scored us an unexpectedly sweet deal! What really sets Michelle apart is that on top of her knowledge, great attitude, and negotiation skills, she is ALWAYS available. We're first-time home buyers so we needed a lot of hand-holding. She answered questions and anticipated questions without making us feel like we were taking up too much of her time or that we were dumb for not knowing the answers to the basics of home buying and homeownership. She worked VERY well with our chosen lender and together they got a deal made that we were only dreaming of a few months ago. Michelle is THE BEST!”
